While other teenagers hand out flyers or work in cafes, Vera has a truly unique side hustle – she rents out an empty flat to her horny classmates who want to have sex but have nowhere to have it. Her business is a bit risky because the flat is managed by her mother the real estate agent, who has no clue about her daughter’s machinations. But it’s worth it for Vera! She’s got her own money, and besides, she can inconspicuously satisfy her voyeuristic fetish – listening to the orgasms of others through the closed door. But what if her short-term tenants find out? Or her mother notices the missing keys? Romina Tamburello and Federico Actis offer a new view on the sexuality of young adults, open to all genders, practices and kins, and they explore what voyeurism looks like in the Gen Z era.
