Kitty ears, a burnt chicken, pretend choking. All these are strategies of a crazy mother who tries to win the love and attention of her son in this surreal film. A few metres away, a manipulative man is persuading his meek friend to put on a dress and pretend he’s a girl. Are these really just games?
