Bored of holiday cleaning? Frustrated from crowded Christmas markets? Take a deep breath and come see this year’s last screening from the Mezipatra Approved series! This time with the Israeli–German film The Cakemaker.

Thomas leaves Germany after his lover Oran dies and goes to Oran's birthplace. Once there, Thomas gets a job as the pastry chef at a café owned by his lover's widow, who has no idea that they share an unnamed sadness over the same man.

The English-friendly screening will take place on December 15, 7:30 pm at Kino Pilotů. Entry CZK 120. After the screening, you’re invited to Patra café for Christmas drinks and an exclusive DJ set of our program director Sandra.
