Mezipatra is happening! It will just be a little different than you’re used to… In these pandemic times, we have no other choice than to move to the virtual world.
What will it look like? The festival will start on November 5 with the opening ceremony, streamed live at Moje kino LIVE. It will be followed by the opening film, German No Hard Feelings about the difficulties of finding your identity when you’re an immigrant and queer on top of that.
Mezipatra LIVE every day from a studio
We will do daily live broadcasts from the studio where we will talk with filmmakers. And we will also be broadcasting our accompanying program that is definitely worth seeing. Streaming will be available through our Facebook and YouTube.
Watch the films online
You can watch films from the comfort of your home any time, but give it a try and watch them as if you went to the cinema! For each day of the festival, we have therefore selected two feature films, a block of short films and one film from the retrospective or documentary. Browse through our film catalogue to see the full program and soon also the links to watch them online. You can buy one film for CZK 80 and it will always be available for 72 hours after the moment you start playing it. The whole festival will cost you CZK 950. All the films will be available with Czech and English subtitles.
The only exceptions in the service are two special screenings, Queer and Juicy: Content Creator Porn, and Jan Soldat: Sexuality Uncensored, which will only be accessible from the premiere day till midnight the next day. The other exceptions are the above-mentioned opening and closing ceremonies with the accompanying films, we will be streaming those live via Moje kino LIVE platform and it is necessary to purchase a ticket at GoOut.cz.
We’re looking forward to you and let’s believe Recovery is definitely coming!
