Perama port, Greece, 480 B.C. King Xerxes is watching the demolition of the Persian army by the Athens fleet from a mountain top. A few millennia later, disaster still clings to the local docks – under the strict surveillance of a regime drone, the workers are labouring with heavy machinery. They mustn’t touch under any circumstances. Will mere gazes be enough?
