Stefan Schweigler
Stefan Schweigler is a media, queer and cultural theorist at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on Aging and Care at the University of Graz, Austria. He co-organizes the screening series CareAgeCinema in Graz. His research explores recent LGBTQIA+ media and art practices of the Global North and South from viewpoints of intersectionality. He co-edited an anthology on media practices, aesthetics and infrastructures of pride parades.
Jakub Mróz
In 2010 together with his partner Jakub Mroz founded Tongariro Releasing, an LGBT+ film distribution company in Poland. He has remained CEO since that. In 2022 he produced his first feature film Elephant, which won the best prize for micro budget film at the Polish Film Festival and was presented at Mezipatra. Jakub was prized for best production debut by the Polish Producers Alliance. He is also a director of the Outfilm Poznan Festival, its second edition took place in September this year.
Zita Hosszúová
Zita Hosszúová is the manager of Kino Lumière in Bratislava and the director of the Slovak Queer Film Festival. She studied film theory and history at the Film and Television Faculty of VŠMU. From 2004 to 2008, she worked as a program coordinator at the Bratislava International Film Festival, where in 2007 she curated the section on British Queer Cinema. Since 2009, she has been part of the team of the Slovak Queer Film Festival, the only film event in Slovakia dedicated to audiovisual queer creations.
