A trilogy of short time capsule documentaries portraying Australian female-to-male transsexuals, mapping their transitional experience, as well as their love, sex, and family lives. We meet Xavier just before the operation of his breasts, which he spent many years hiding. Dexter is starting testosterone shots after forty years of a strange lesbian life and discovers his attraction to men. For 30 year old Danny the birth of his son is the most joyous moment of his life marked by a troubled childhood.
