Fifteen-year-old Alma’s relationship with her father Kike is strained. But not because she’s attracted to girls. After a larynx surgery, Kike has lost his voice and now he’s ashamed to speak. It seems that without an open conversation, their family is on the brink of a breakdown – but Alma won’t give up easily. Will she help her father to find self-acceptance and speak again?
