At the end of the festival, after all those parties till dawn and waking up in strangers' beds, there is also time to slow down and take part in a panel discussion on the history of queer cinema, with film industry guests of the likes of Lucia Kajankova, the festival's programme director, and Sarka Gmiterkova, a doctoral student at the of Film Studies and Audiovisual Culture at Masaryk University, who will focus on queer melodrama using The Children's Hour as an example.
